All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. If ticket Transfer or Resale is permitted via authorized ticketing platform - the original purchaser remains responsible for forwarding any communications from the VIP organizer to the new attendee. No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.
Physical items like merchandise items and commemorative laminates are ordinarily handed out on the night of the show. In special circumstances they may be delivered after the event date. Any collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas.

Times displayed on ticket pages or confirmation emails reflect general concert door or show times and may differ from the VIP package check-in time. Live Nation VIP or the external VIP partner will contact you with full timings approximately within 3-5 days prior to the event. Please note that VIP tickets are personal.
